Thankfully, the firefighters came just about time to Rachael’s cook’s house located in Lake Luzerne at about 8 pm to stop the blaze. The causes of the fire breakout still unknown.
Fortunately, Rachael Ray and husband John Cusimano were saved. Charlie Dougiello, who represents the host, reported that the couple and their pet dog Bella were safe. However, their home has been damaged and they are in the process to figure out what is to be done.
The NY house belonged to Rachael since 2013 and has been her residence as well. She has been filming live cooking videos telecasted in her daytime talk show during the pandemic.
On Sunday, Rachael was at an outing for charity in golf. She had also shared images of food presentation a few hours before the fire broke out.
Rachael Ray appreciated people’s concerns
The host took to Twitter to give an appreciation post for everyone who showed concerns for her. She also thanked the firefighters who tried their best to save their house.
Rachael tweeted giving thanks to the local responders for showing kindness and grace. They helped her save to whatever extent possible and prevented further spread of the fire. She also said that she was grateful that her mother, husband, and dog are all okay. Lastly, she ended on a positive note saying that there are times we should be happy about what we have and not think about what we lost. We hope the cook can quickly bounce back with her home arrangements and start hosting new talk shows as always.
